Telugu is an Dravidian language spoken primarily in the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It is also spoken by a significant number of people in the Indian states of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Odisha. Telugu is the third most spoken language in India, with around 7.2% of the population speaking it as their first language. It is written in the Telugu script, which is unique to the Telugu language.
