HNPM Welcomes a New Head of Business Development for North America

HNP Mikrosysteme, headquartered in Schwerin, Germany, is pleased to announce the appointment of Suzanne Coleman Wilhelmsen as Head of Business Development for North America.

Prior to joining HNP Mikrosysteme, Suzanne invested herself and the majority of her career in the automotive industry, focusing her time and energy into companies including Audi of America and Audi AG in Ingolstadt, Germany, Volkswagen and Audi Financial Services (VW Credit), Lincoln (Ford) Motor Company, and Volvo Cars USA. Notably Suzanne managed the North American launch of the first generation Audi Q7, implemented many products and strategies to support these luxury automotive brands product growth and loyalty. Further, she played a critical role with Ford in successfully relaunching the Lincoln brand in the Great Lakes Region of the US. Her early career included an accomplished tenure in Change Management consulting with Accenture in the US and Europe.

In addition to living and working for many years in Germany, Suzanne has travelled extensively both internationally and nationally and is fluent in both German and English. Suzanne is a proud graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA), after which she went on to earn her Post-Baccalaureate degree in Art Education from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Suzanne is an avid skier and certified professional ski instructor, who also worked for Vail Resorts in her formative years. She enjoys trail and endurance running, as well as hiking, backpacking, camping, and the arts – especially ceramics. Suzanne’s greatest accomplishment, however, is her role as Mom to three.
