Bhuna Mutton kaleji

Ingredients

  • Mutton liver 500gms
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 1tsp
  • Raw papaya paste 1tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder half of tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2tsp
  • Vinegar 1tbsp
  • Roasted jeera powder 1/2tsp
  • Mustard oil 2tbsp

Instructions

  • Take all of the substances in a bowl and make the marinade
  • Add mutton liver on this masala
  • Marinate for 15 minutes
  • Heat oil in a wok
  • When warm upload marinated mutton liver
  • Cook blanketed on low flame for 15minutes
  • Then open and dry the liver on excessive heat
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves for garnish
