Celeros Flow Technology Signs Corporate Procurement Agreement with Saudi Aramco to Advance Localization

Celeros Flow Technology (Celeros FT) has entered into a Strategic Corporate Procurement Agreement (CPA) with Saudi Aramco, reinforcing a long-standing partnership and supporting Saudi Arabia’s localization and industrial growth objectives.

Under the agreement, Celeros FT will supply key pump and midstream pipeline solutions — including products from its ClydeUnion Pumps, Plenty, S&N Pumps, M&J Valve, Copes Vulcan and GD Engineering brands — to support Aramco’s existing operations and future infrastructure projects. These solutions are essential across upstream, midstream, and downstream operations, helping maintain operational continuity, integrity, and efficiency.

A central feature of the CPA is its emphasis on local manufacturing within Saudi Arabia. The partnership aims to expand in-Kingdom production, assembly, testing, and aftermarket support for pumps and flow control systems, enhancing supply chain resilience and reducing lead times. It aligns with Saudi Aramco’s In-Kingdom Total Value Add (iktva) localisation program, which promotes domestic industrial capability and economic diversification under Saudi Vision 2030.

Beyond energy, the agreement anticipates broader applications across sectors such as petrochemicals, mining, power generation, and water infrastructure, positioning Celeros FT Saudi Arabia as a potential hub for exporting manufactured solutions throughout the GCC and neighbouring markets.
