We have been manufacturing positive displacement pumps and providing technical support in a wide variety of industries since 1956. Our story began in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, where inventor Bernard Refson developed the first technically and commercially viable peristaltic pump outside the laboratory. In 1969, we moved to Falmouth, Cornwall. Since then, we have expanded geographically into over 60 markets worldwide. The company is made up of 10 leading brands, each of which is dedicated to specific fluid transfer technologies. In 1990 we became part of Spirax Sarco Engineering plc, a FTSE100 company. As part of SSE, the common purpose is to create sustainable value for all our stakeholders by helping to create a more efficient, secure and sustainable world.
