Departed a large multinational corporation to join a smaller multinational equipment manufacturer focused on industrial markets and began building sales organization. Navigated an environment where Flowrox was a division of a much larger sister company and was underdeveloped. Quickly turned around the division and significantly improved revenues and produced increased profitability. In 2002 separated and incorporated Flowrox in the U.S. as a stand-alone company. Developed and launched new products to round out our customer offering to strengthen our value to our customers and distribution network. During the first 5 years from the launch of a new peristaltic pump line pump revenues increased by more than 100% annually and after 9 years the peristaltic pump product line accounts for more than 20% of North American revenues. Overall North American revenues and Ebitda increased by more than 1400% and profits have outpaced revenue growth due to increased LCC sourcing and strict cost controls.
