Position Overview:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator for our Dover, NH facility. In this role, you’ll operate machinery to form and finish carbon filters while ensuring product quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Form carbon filters by loading and dipping them into liquid baths.

Cure filters in ovens and operate turning machines.

Cut filters to size using automatic saws.

Perform inspections and quality checks using gauges and other measuring tools.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks such as pulling, pushing, and reaching.

Willingness to learn—training provided for candidates with physical labor experience.

Must wear steel-toed shoes on the production floor.

Shift Options (Overtime Available):

1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday (8% differential)

3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM, Sunday–Thursday (8% differential)

Compensation:

$17.50 – $19.50/hour DOE, with potential for increases after training and skill proficiency.

AC Transit is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager/Chief Executive Officer to serve as the District’s second-in-command. Reporting directly to the General Manager/CEO, this executive oversees cross-functional operations, leads the executive team, ensures implementation of Board policies, and assumes full authority in the GM/CEO’s absence. The role provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and organizational alignment across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the executive leadership team to achieve District goals.

Implement Board policies and GM/CEO directives across all divisions.

Support strategic planning, performance tracking, and operational improvements.

Ensure compliance with regulations and funding requirements.

Represent the District with the Board, community, agencies, and partners.

Oversee capital, fiscal, and operational initiatives.

Foster teamwork, staff development, and effective communication.

Assume full leadership of the District in the GM/CEO’s absence.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (experience may substitute for education).

10+ years of progressive management experience, including 5 years in senior leadership.

Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
