Role Overview:
The Sales Operations Analyst ensures the accuracy and efficiency of sales systems, data, and processes. This role supports CRM data quality, account management, and sales performance tracking, playing a key part in enabling sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit and maintain CRM data for accuracy and consistency.
Develop and monitor data quality dashboards.
Manage account ownership hierarchies and resolve ownership conflicts.
Partner with Sales Planning on territory assignments and updates.
Support quota, sales plan, and performance tracking.
Collaborate with Compensation to provide attainment data for commissions.
Generate reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in sales operations or data analysis.
Strong Salesforce CRM and Excel skills.
Experience with sales compensation or quota management preferred.
High attention to detail and process ownership mindset.
Compensation:
$61,200 – $113,600 per year (based on experience, education, and skills). Eligible for annual incentive bonus.
