Role Overview:
The Bilingual Inside Sales Account Manager will serve as the primary remote contact for a portfolio of smaller builder accounts, driving growth, loyalty, and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional skilled in consultative selling and relationship management, with fluency in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with existing accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand dealer needs and present tailored product solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and negotiation to closing — consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technical Support, Field Specialists) to enhance customer experience.
Leverage Pentair’s incentive programs and product advantages (e.g., IntelliCenter, IntelliFlo3) to strengthen partnerships.
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in inside sales or account management with full-cycle responsibility.
Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
Training in consultative sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Solution Selling).
Experience in the pool and spa industry and understanding of builder practices.
Schedule:
Hybrid | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
$38.00 – $42.00/hour, depending on experience.
Eligible for up to 25% sales incentive bonus.
