Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and driven CNC Operator/Programmer II to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and operating CNC equipment to produce precision components that meet strict quality and dimensional standards. You will play a key part in maintaining an efficient production workflow, supporting inspections, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Program and operate CNC machines such as Mazak and ROMI in accordance with routings, technical drawings, and production specifications.
Perform machine setups, adjustments, and operational controls to ensure accuracy and product quality.
Work independently while consistently following established safety and quality procedures.
Recognize and propose improvements to enhance machining processes and production efficiency.
Complete all required company training and adhere to organizational policies and guidelines.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams to maintain smooth and timely production flow.
Support inspection activities, testing, and documentation as needed.
Quickly report process deviations, equipment issues, or non-conformities.
Carry out additional duties or tasks assigned by leadership.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of CNC operating/programming experience.
Basic computer proficiency.
Preferred Skills
Certification in material handling or load movement.
