Role Summary
The HR Technology Partner serves as a strategic and consultative advisor across Flowserve’s global HR digital ecosystem. This role combines technical expertise and strategic foresight to drive innovation, integration, and automation within HR systems. The HR Technology Partner will collaborate closely with HR functional teams, Centers of Excellence, and IT to develop and implement forward-thinking technology solutions that enhance the employee experience and advance Flowserve’s digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand strategy and long-term objectives, translating them into a digital solutions roadmap that drives HR digitization.
Act as the primary intake channel for HR Data & Technology enhancements and new solution requests.
Ensure alignment of all digital initiatives with the overall HR Data & Technology strategy, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
Maintain the integrity of Flowserve’s digital HR ecosystem, ensuring systems remain flexible, reliable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
Lead initiatives in system optimization, automation, and integration, leveraging innovative tools and AI-driven technologies.
Manage new system assessments, implementations, and continuous improvement efforts.
Partner with HR Operations to maintain governance and accountability for approved technology enhancements.
Collaborate with IT Business Partners to ensure alignment and enablement of HR Data & Technology initiatives.
Share knowledge, provide coaching, and promote best practices within the HR Data & Technology team.
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience in HR, HR Technology, or Data & Analytics roles.
Strong ability to analyze, design, and support complex HR systems and process automation in a global environment.
Technical proficiency in platforms such as Workday HCM, Workday Recruit, Workday Talent, UKG/Kronos, and case management systems.
Deep understanding of HR business functions — including payroll, compensation, recruiting, and benefits administration.
Demonstrated success in configuring workflows, designing business rules, and improving HR system performance.
Skilled in negotiation, prioritization, and stakeholder communication, with the ability to navigate complex discussions constructively.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities, including experience with system audits and data integrity checks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and a high level of ownership.
Adaptable, resilient, and customer-centric, with a focus on innovation and continuous learning.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-cultural environment.
BS or BA degree in a relevant field, or 8–10 years of equivalent experience.
