We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Chardon, OH facility. In this role, you will perform skilled maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a wide range of automated, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment. You will also conduct preventative maintenance activities to support safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing equipment.

Install and configure A/C and D/C drives; troubleshoot 480V three-phase motor controls.

Perform basic PLC troubleshooting.

Execute preventative maintenance according to established schedules and procedures.

Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, technical manuals, and work instructions.

Document maintenance activities and report supply needs.

Support production operations when required based on business needs.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.

Strong electrical knowledge, including work with systems up to 480V.

Mechanical and mathematical reasoning ability with strong troubleshooting skills.

Ability to think critically and identify innovative solutions to complex problems.

Compensation

Tech I: $26–$30 per hour (DOE)

Tech II: $28–$35 per hour (DOE)

Opportunities for pay increases based on skill proficiency and training completion.

Hiring Bonus: $1,000 total — $500 at 3 months and $500 at 6 months.

Shifts

3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM

10% shift differential for 3rd shift

Overtime available

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
