Job Description:
Pentair is seeking Graduate Engineer Trainees with a background in Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering and less than one year of work experience. This role offers hands-on training and exposure to plant operations and related functions.
Training Period: 1 Year
Responsibilities:
Participate in a structured training program focused on plant operations and technical functions.
Gain practical experience in production, process improvement, and quality systems.
Support engineering teams in day-to-day operations and project execution.
Develop cross-functional skills through rotation and mentoring.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering.
0–1 year of experience.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
