Project Assistant Administrator

Role Summary

We are looking for a Project Assistant Administrator to provide essential support to the Project Delivery Team in the rollout of Global Infrastructure Projects. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in IT project administration, strong communication and organizational abilities, and a solid understanding of project delivery within a global IT environment.

This role reports directly to the IT Project Portfolio Manager.

Project Coordinator – Key Job Requirements
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred)

1–3 years of experience in project administration or IT support roles

Core Skills

Strong team player with excellent organizational and communication skills

Exceptional written communication and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Experience using MS Project and/or Smartsheet

Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow in the role

Project Support & Administration Responsibilities

Support project managers with administrative tasks and project processes

Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes

Assist project managers in monitoring PMO governance requirements and ensuring documentation is complete

Maintain project status updates and generate regular reports highlighting risks and issues
