We are seeking a Senior Manager of Programs to join our Charlotte, NC team. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive margin expansion and improve program effectiveness across our Pool division. You will lead a high-performing team responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing rebate and discount programs within a large distribution network, ensuring strong customer alignment and measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of rebate and discount programs for the Pool division.
Oversee a team managing program design, rollout, tracking, and performance analysis.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful program delivery.
Engage directly with customers to understand needs, ensure program value, and strengthen partnerships.
Evaluate program ROI and drive initiatives supporting margin growth and strategic objectives.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and external pricing and incentive regulations.
Provide senior leadership with reporting, insights, and recommendations on program performance and optimization opportunities.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience managing pricing, rebate, or discount programs in a distribution-focused environment.
Proven leadership experience with success in building and mentoring high-performing teams.
Strong analytical ability, business acumen, and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Deep understanding of customer behavior and the dynamics of distribution channels.
Compensation
Anticipated annual base salary range: $128,500 – $238,600
Actual compensation based on experience, education, certifications, and business needs.
Eligibility for additional compensation, including annual incentive bonus and long-term incentives.
