Ingredients:
For the crust:
- 1 cup millet flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup of cubed, chilled butter
- 2 tbsp ice water

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup grated cheese

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- To make the crust, in a large bowl, whisk together the millet flour and salt.

- Stir in the grated cheese and chopped vegetables.
- The baked crust should now contain the egg mixture.
- Bake the quiche for about 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
