The Quantum High Power LMV motors are built with inverter-grade insulation, insulated flange-mounted sleeve bearings, and a robust form coil epoxy VPI insulation system, making them well-suited for VFD (variable frequency drive) applications in harsh, moisture-laden environments. The motors are also certified to API 541 and 547 standards, with CSA certification for added assurance of performance and compliance, and suitable for use in Division 2 environments.
Offering plug-and-play standardization with BTD, RTD, space heaters, and additional access boxes, installation and integration are straightforward. Maintenance-free sleeve bearing options are available, contributing to reduced upkeep and operational costs.
