SKF Debuts FlowMaster III Lubrication Pump at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026

SKF has introduced its new FlowMaster III lubrication pump at CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 in Las Vegas, a major international trade event for the construction and heavy-equipment industries. The next-generation pump is designed to enhance equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and workplace safety in demanding industrial environments.

The FlowMaster III features a modern modular design that simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime. By allowing technicians to quickly access and replace key components using standard tools, the system helps operators streamline servicing and improve equipment uptime in sectors where continuous operation is essential.

Key Features of FlowMaster III

  • Direct-drive pumping technology that delivers high load capacity while requiring minimal servicing.
  • Integrated overflow-prevention module to automatically stop lubricant flow when the reservoir reaches capacity, reducing spills and safety risks.
  • Ultrasonic level sensor for precise monitoring of lubricant levels and timely refill alerts.
  • Redesigned grease-follower system that improves stability and prevents grease bypass.

The lubrication pump supports reservoir sizes ranging from 60 lb to 400 lb and can operate with either 24 VDC or hydraulic motors, providing flexibility across a wide range of heavy-duty equipment platforms.

Applications Across Heavy Industries

The FlowMaster III is designed for use in industries where machinery operates in harsh environments, including mining, construction, agriculture, and oil and gas. By improving lubrication management and reducing maintenance complexity, the system helps extend equipment lifespan and maintain consistent performance in demanding operations.

With this launch, SKF continues to strengthen its portfolio of advanced lubrication and condition-monitoring solutions, supporting industries that depend on reliable rotating equipment and efficient maintenance practices.
